How long have you been playing hockey?

“Since I was four years old, so thirteen years now.


What do you hope to accomplish this hockey season?

I hope to make sure all the new girls feel welcomed. I really want everyone to feel welcomed and included. I also hope to have fun this season since it's my last.


What's your favorite thing about playing on the team?

Being able to spend time with friends. We’re like a big family and we all get do something we enjoying doing. The environment is fun to be in, and I have a good time playing hockey.


What's the best thing about competing?

Being able to work and grow with my teammates. It's no fun if no one gets along or if we aren't close with each other. Also, the satisfaction of winning is always a good feeling.

Are you planning to continue playing hockey in college?

I do plan on going to college but not to play hockey. Education is my priority, and I'm really focused on continuing my education. I also never really thought about playing hockey in college.


Are you involved in other sports and/or clubs at BMHS?

I don't do other sports, but I am involved in other extracurriculars such as Environmental Club, Student Senate, NHS, Link Crew, and Choir.


What is something you are passionate about other than hockey?

Definitely my education since I plan on going to college to major in Psychology. I also value self growth. I want to be in a good place so I can then be good for others and help them.


What do you do in your spare time?

I hang out with my friends and watch tv shows like Criminal Minds.


What is one of your favorite moments in your life so far?

When I went to the state for hockey two years ago. I felt like everyone worked so hard and so did I to make it that far.


What's the #1 thing to do in your bucket list?

I would say going to college is my #1 thing. I'm really excited to move on to the next chapter in my life.
